Return and Refund Policy

Grazed Not Fazed operates as a print-on-demand store, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that we are unable to accept the return or exchange of your products if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer you a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via email at contact@grazednotfazed.com and provide your order number alongside clear photos of the damage(s)/defect(s) on the item(s). We will aim to review your claim within 2 business days.

Please also kindly note the following:

  • Cancellations:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
    • Once production begins, cancellations are not possible
  • Color Variations:
    • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences.
    • These are not considered defects.
  • Non-Quality Issues:
    • Please review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
    • As mentioned above, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size, fit or design preference.
